Well treyarch have been unbanning black ops accounts, so just say like "you know the consequences of hacking, and you wont do it again, the hacked accounts can stay banned, and can thay unban the legit account psn:" something like that

You should just to say something along the lines of: I was invited to one of "these" modded lobbies I've been reading about on the CoD forums and my stats and prestige got modded. I had no intend of modding statistics and now I have been permanently banned from the CoD black ops servers for something on I had no interest in doing. Then go off on about how pissed you are because you wasted you money, blah blah.
