i have over 70$ in my paypal but its fukin limited paypal syays they want to see my proof of id f that paypal is being gay and i uploaded it and it says invalid proof of id its stupid

You can't buy vbux for paypal money, PLUS you can't sell you +rep for vbux
Do you have anything "normal"?
