Well not to bust your balls or anything it wont go as good as you want it to be. I had a Paypal account with $80 and it was limit for 2 years. Then they sent me an email telling me I can withdraw it. When I withdrew it to my bank account and transferred it to my Paypal account they limited my other Paypal account cause they knew I used the same bank account twice in a limited account. So if your just transferring to bank account its OK. However, if your transferring it to another Paypal account again. You will get limited. At least that's what happened to me.
