I am selling domains for only 5 $ which will be registered for one year.This is completly legit and not one of thoose methods.It's from a company and i am selling the domains for a cheaper price.Your domain will be registered in just a few minutes after I receive the purchase and my seller is on.Note that you won't get access to edit the DNS that's why it's cheap.

.com, .biz, .net, .org, .info, .name, .eu

So what exacly the DNS does? I mean I can make something like a forum or something?And can I have the admin power?To moderate posts and make somebody admin?

DNS means you cant change hosts, so you're stuck using his hosting service
