Head to the Bank.

Step 3.
Enter the Bank.

Step 4.
Approach the cashier.

Step 5.
Ask about setting up a new bank account.

Step 6.
Finish setting up the bank account.

Step 7. Optional.
Get a debit card with Card Number Exp Date and Secure code(3 or 4 digit code on the back)

Step 8. If you did Step 8 You can either add both or just one.
Add you bank account to your Paypal.

Step 9.
Done.
