It's a real item, but costs an absolute fortune. You can buy a decent Laptop or highish end PC for what they cost. Usually if you see them going cheap, they are fake. If you're lucky, maybe 5 to 10gb of usable space and the rest is is non existent space even though your PC may read it as having over 200gb of space.

No. They found a way to fake the amount of space on a drive. Kingston puts a serial number on the drive. If there's no serial number, it's fake. Go check. =D
