Don't buy one from them then lol. I've just heard clients of theirs moan that there customer support is crap. They're just generally LQ from what people have been saying, an I don't mean 2 lol I mean about 20 people have said this.

Oh and they've over sold as much as their server can handle.

Lol, I have the guy who owns it on my skype, He helps me out alot lol, so customer support it good for me But I'll look around for other VPS's

Well theres good things and bad things with having him on skype, the good thing is super fast support but then the problem is not on file to look back on later.

Plus don't ever buy a VPS from HostRail, it's cheap because they're shit. They're worse than 4 year old hackforum hosting lol.
