First of all, it's spelt *allowed*. Secondly, if you look at the times of the posts/bumps, you'll see that it is basically 1 bump a day with the exception of today. It was on the second page, nearing the third.

I'm not trying to be a jerk here, but you two should look at the date of posts. 1 bump a day doesn't seem harmful or considered spam (plus it's on the third page..) in my opinion.
