It is currently limited and I was able to verify the account using the E-Trade method. I need someone who can help remove the limitation as I've used fake information to make the account. The steps they require me to do is confirm account ownership via address or phone. If anyone knows a way they can confirm this identity and help me retrieve my account. I have 32.65 USD stuck in there and I am willing to pay to get the limitation removed.
