Yeah, I understand what you mean. However, this also allows people to conveniently purchase a PSN card without the hassle of the store being closed, or it's too far to reach at this time. Also, unless the store is within walking (or biking) distance, and/or you're out shopping, it also costs gasoline money and potentially sale taxes (I'm Canadian, so that applies to me.. not sure about U.S. though)? just to purchase a PSN card. All in all, this will still save someone $1-2 + gas money (+ sales taxes) + time + convenience.
