I am setting up non nulled vbulletin setups for a cheap price. the prices will vary depending on what you want.
Versions vary from vbulletin 4.0.7 below and 3.8.6 and below
PRICE GUIDE
Full Setup including domain and webhosting (free domains and hosting only ) ~ 3$
Full Setup same as above but with plugin guide and support. (10 plugins only ) 5$
Full Setup same as above, but with styles and template including postbits and anything else you may need 7$
Ultimate Package - Including all as above but with unlimited range of support, all information is needed with this and most of the above as i will need it to upload the files you want. 10$
Note all plugin support packages i provide plugins from vbulletin.org no packages allows you to have the .org account for yourself far to much to give

yes remember paypal only no vbux sorry, 3$ will only get u the setup no help what so ever only instalation help and i have noted what versions i do so dont ask for something that isnt in the pic

for 10$ i set up everything, including the vbulletin version of ur coice remember i have a range if you read above, i will set up any plugins give you unlimited supply of legit plugins from vbulletin.org as long as you link me and any themes, I will also give you special postbit and addition things on stuff like ngu as i know all of them only if you want it of course :p
