wait why do u needa verify, cant u still send,recieve, and buy with an unverified one? cuz mines canadian and unverifed and i still use it

it not letting me send money anymore my sending limit is still 2.9k usd

you gotta setup paypal with a bank account, thats what mine says anyway.
