Going to help and save you some money. Just make a Canadian Premiere account. Give fake details from Canada, use FakeNameGenerator for most of it, though do include real Name and Last name.
You can spend up to 3000 US or 3700 CAD dollars, both of course equal one another.

Depends upon whether they accept PayPal only. I don't think ebay requires a credit card, they only require PayPal but Bestbuy I do believe requires a credit card. Probably the best thing would be to go down to a Walgreens or Walmart and buy a Visa Debit card, register it online and then use it to Validate your PayPal. (Method I am going to use once I get my forum started).
