Yeah that's a full game, really exciting, you have 1/3 of the city opened(that's pretty much, 3+ hours of gameplay(story), unlimited UGC missions, easy trohpies^)

What do you mean by normal powers? inFAMOUS: Festival Of Blood is a spin-off but a full new fresh game, you start from normal powers + vampire's skills during completing missions..

only a big electric capacity, it has most of the infamous 2 powers, somewhere from middle of infamous 2 closer to the end.
