well good luck.. no one pays less than card price when buy the card. why would you be any different ? if i drive to a store buy a card then give it to you for less than i paid id be an idiot.

sir the point is you need money , therefore you would rather have the paypal . So if i need 35$ paypal , and i have a 50$ card laying around , i would sell it. Their are also places to get cards cheap .
