Expect the unexpected!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi guys just wondering if anyone is selling an Hauppauge HD pvr Gaming Edition or normal edition. I am looking for one around £100 to £130 for the Gaming Edition and around £70 to £90 for the standard one, as it says in the title UK only, dont want a US plug or have to pay for shipping from US.

if you can live without it being the gaming edition you can get a new hd pvr from AMAZON for £139.50

i think your be better off purchasing a new one with the warranty and the support. i must admit i have the gaming edition but there are very few differences except colour and HD size to my knowledge anyway

hope this helps

ok, just an option as you can get a component cable for both the ps3 and xbox for under 4 each on amazon

or you could buy one of these universal component cable and be setup as is gaming edition

no problem mate if you need any other help shout as im in the uk too and have a hd pvr connected to both my ps3 and xbox

bear in mind that the headset you use maybe effected by this universal component cable i use trittons and have to have a optical cable for both plugged in and as a result i had to use the official branded xbox cable as the unofficial one supplied with hd pvr doesnt have the slot to accept the optical cable (it didnt on mine they may have changed this since )

I could sell you just the cable if you would like. I only use it for my Xbox and I use the Microsoft component cable not the one that came with the gaming edition.

Im gona use a optical cable going from Xbox cause i have the new slim, then that optical cable straight into the HD pvr then from that to my Trittons. Im just looking to see if there are any HDMI HD pvr as then its more simple set up in my room, but HDCP stops devices like PS3 and SkyHD from recording.

i tried that but had a delay on the audio which was annoying as hell especially when trying to sound whore on cod and bf. so i used seperate cables one in each and swopped them over when required i kept one of the plastic caps to protect the end of the cable not in use as well but then again i have a dog and things get dirty / dusty quickly.

hdpvr is a good thing i just wish i used mine a little more often to record stuff not just gb's and random game nights. my vr is jinxed anyway as soon as it goes on i play shit lol

I just do a lot of zombie gameplay, and its normally good 2000 kills, 0 deaths and all that. The there is when theater mode on BO and MW3 dont want to work i can record stuff then, plus most my stuff goes longer than the Elite premium allowed time.
