Are you using the e-trade method? If so, it's certainly not going to work. Just a heads up OP if he is using that method.

Well,yes I was going to use that method. It worked for me. Did it a few weeks back and i'm still verified.

Method shows you're verified, but, as soon as you try to send/receive money you become limited and have to show ID, bank info, it's not good and DOES NOT WORK.

What's your offer for me verifying the PayPal with a normal card?
I own a verified PayPal and hell yeah it's way better than a usual PayPal, shopping is faster and PayPal doesn't seem to touch you much about your IPs etc.
