I doubt you would find a iphone 4 less then $300... Gamestop sells them used for around $350, check that.

The cheapest price for an iPhone 4S that I could find was $250. I think you're going to have to up the price a little bit there friend.

Yeah word of advice, SE'd iPhone's or literally any phones SE'd in certain ways (excluding box method) will be blocked from usage

Yeah it will be locked. Also, Iphones are not cheap you wouldn't even be able to find a 4g one that cheap. Want a good cheap phone get a Droid X, they sell for around $80-$100 on Craigslist.
