inorder to use 3.55 cfw you need to downgrade...

the file you are trying to download sounds like a fake, I'd go with the download link the member 2 posts above me provided, however I do not recommend even doing so because there is a high chance you will be banned, I advise you to buy xploder, minimal chance of ban and almost as good, otherwise I would purchase a 3.55 firmware PS3 rather than trying to downgrade,

if you already at 4.20 or 4.21 you cant jailbreak but you can downgread using E3 Flasher

There is no 4.20 jailbreak and most likely will never be one. Question answered. Closed.
