Why can you not install the 1.11 pkg file but you can install 1.12? Delete your game data and try again.
If that doesn't work, your 1.11 pkg may be corrupt; re-download it from a different source.
If all else fails, un-self the pkg and copy and replace the files in the MW2 game data area through FTP.
