$200 wouldn't even cover the cost of gas for all that driving.

It might if you are already in Pennsylvania, but you'd end up spending probably $100 on gas (well actually idk how much it is down there, its 106.9 here)>

1. driving fireworks across state line is illegal... 2.the gas is gonna cost more then $200 so there's no profit in this for someone

There is a a firework shop where i'm at but you have to sign a waver saying you will not use them on your property and you can only use them for scaring animals on your fields or over a lake which is just a loophole in the law.. Well at least there is one in Florida i'm pretty sure there is a firework shop in NY somewhere.
