Haxor!
Well, iHc James released his files and they only worked for some people. If you were weren't having a problem, don't worry about it, if not this post is good for you.

Tutorial of files:
1) Download the files from the video above
2) Put the .dll and xex in your MW2 game directory (no need for James' launcher/cmd.txt/dll)
3) Launch the default_mp.xex
4) Go to system link, set Xbox Live Unlocks to On (defaulted to Off) then start the game
5) Join from your retail Xbox 360 and knife from your JTAG/RGH
6) Wait 'till it says <3 Droseum20 <3 and All Challenges Unlocked.
7) Have fun!
