Depends on how many pages you want. For a design like that I would probably charge : $10 per page, with complete CSS. If you want any dynamic features maybe $12-$20 depending on contents. Please add me on Skype, MSN, or AIM to talk about deals and negotiation.

what is css and dynamic feature

CSS = Cascading Style Sheets.
Dynamic Features are features that can be toggled through an online panel or a CMS. They are not static pages that require FTP access or code changing to be toggled.

Oh :p, Well if you have ever used the vBulletin Backend panels. It's basically an administration panel type thing, where I can change stuff on the site just through the admincp.
