Go to eBay or craigslist and look for a 3.55, it is the best chance that is really on FW 3.55. Most band-new ps3 come on or around 4.0 something.

So I should buy any one of these as long as they're below 3.55 right? Also he seems like a reputable seller to me but then again I've never used eBay before. Any thoughts?

Or if you could find me a reputable seller and one I can just buy now instead of auction I'll give you 100k vBux. vBux and money just isn't a problem right now. I just want to be able to have a hacked PS3.

I never used eBay until i got my 3.55.(i got mine as a early b-day gift, my grandparents got it for me)I don't want your vBuxs, just find a item that has good amount of info and looks legit. Read the users feedback, make sure they have sold items before they listed the ps3.Make sure the pictures are legit. Make sure you get RETURNS,i got mine with a 30 day return, and brought a year warranty. :y:

So ive decided to get a 3.55 off of ebay as suggested by Vanz. Should i get two ps3's? What would be the advantages? Also ive read (a little lol) that you cant go online with your hacked ps3 anyone care to explain how people host modded lobbies online realllyyyyy simply. Not in detail. I've seen a video of modded zombies online in May 2012.

Malicious, the advantage of having 2 ps3s is that you can data transfer patches to a 4.21 ofw ps3 and play online with modded lobbys, but right know there are ways to play online on a 3.55 ps3. There are spoofers for 3.55 ps3s and other stuff that bypasses the new updates

Just search ps3 3.55 or something like that. you can always call the seller
I don't know where you live so there might be some better websites then ebay/craigslist for you, like free shipping, no toll and stuff
There is also this service here which will downgrade a 4.21 ps3 or lower to 3.55 ofw which you can jailbreak.
