I know about derpybot, but you can host it yourself with this, and it has useless things in it. I have a working permissions system in mine, with a bunch of more onboard features, and when I decide to update a skype ip resolver built in :p

skype ip resolver would only be available to the host of the bot, and only used for people abusing the bot.

The API Got disabled.
