A deleted File is an Deleted File.
The only way to access the deleted files is though MediaFire's base (save base)
and you wont get permission to come there without hacking it badly and that is illeagal
You could also use Hot link that cause you to download the file instant without visiting the website first ._.

I said Removed, this method allows you to download Removed files.
Without having to hack it.
