It is cracked BUT works perfectly fine ( SEE PICTURES! )

This I Pod is 8 GB fast and is on ios 5.0.1 jail broken with no apps except cydia.
The I Pod has only been restored once


You can restore it when you receive it OR...
I can restore it for you if you don't want it jail broken

Comes with:

2 cases
2 Chargers ( I don't need them )

And a complementary screen protector!!

No other cracks other than the big one by the home button ( SEE BELOW )
No scratches on the back of the I Pod , Some on front

I will never sell any IPod touch for 35$
EVEN if it had water damage or something serious.
I'm not looking to sell it expensive but i want a little money from it.

That's about how much a pawn shop would give you for it. It is an old model, and since the new ones are out the price drops a lot. I'm selling mine for $80, but mine is in great conditions, not a single scratch on the screen and only minor scratches on the back.
