Get the usb wire that came with the blackberry, plug the usb end into a usb port on your computer and the other end into your blackberry. Let your computer search and install the required software/updates for it to work. Go to my computer > blackberry > blackberry > pictures and drag and drop the picture onto your desktop and upload

You can have an admin try both codes and he'll vouch for you if they're legit.
