How much are you paying?

It is a long process and it might cost a bit but it can be done, depending on what PS3 model you have, it must a downgradable model (Check the numbers in the back of your PS3 starting with CECH-XXXX), you must downgrade to 3.55 OFW than JB PS3 to any CFW, you must provide a new genuine unbanned console ID, use of the recent apps (they are posted here on NGU on this section) to permantly change the ID in the Flash, upgrade back to OFW or stay CFW.
