How about I just help you for free since this could be a small matter, first off I don't understand what do you mean by

I downloaded the file to see for myself and after extracting the initial file with Winrar you have to extract it again from the ggl-gtavcsg.rar as the files has been split up in 38 parts which is all there. When done You should have your ISO file.
Connect your PSP via data cable and your Memory Stick will appear or just plug it in via Usb or memory slot. Now there should be a folder called ISO In all caps there if not than make one; Put the ISO/CSO files there and voila done. Sometime you have to edit the configuration menu to get the games working but I assume you already did that or that it has been pre-set.
