No it's not. You can easily swap out the HDD and they are cheap. It's priced at that because it's one of the later models, one of the last jailbreakable ones. Because of that it's more likely to last longer. That's like selling a phat PS3 for $230 cause it has 2TB HDD. It doesn't work like that.
