First off, check to see if you can be downgraded. Then check ebay.

Not saying this is a bad idea, but a seller with 100% rep, sent it to him he took my System & ran.

Yes it is downgradable I've already checked and all of the people I've seen on eBay are horribly overpriced, and I've had friends who have been scammed through eBay

You can't really get scammed over ebay. You could easily get it refunded, it's the best place. I have someone I recommend and what's over priced for you. Normally comes out to $60-80 with shipping.

I consider overpriced being $150+ but I've searched a lot and if it's my last resort I will pay up to that much,

Like I've already had a few people message me here on ngu and they say that they would charge $150 with free shipping but it really wouldn't matter because there are probably people who charge less then that and with shipping costs most likely would come out to less then $150 anyways
