Hard to believe it has already come. Going on 8 years of this website, surprised nobody has talked about the recent anniversary.
This site while it may be approaching the end of its life has definitely had its fair share of awesome memories and overall contributions to past scenes. Just want to personally thank all the people I've interacted with over the years, its been a fun ride with friendships that originated here that I still have today. So, happy birthday NextGenUpdate!
What are the memories you all have of this website? Post screencaps and whatever else to reminisce the good ol' days of NGU.
ENZO-F hour was the best. Nothing like spamming :nyan:
Private Premium/Groups were fun, great way to get cool stuff.
Julian was probably my favorite member from back then, always posted sarcastic things that made me laugh.
That one time where everyone got admin on NGU due to a certain member who believe it or not is still around executing a 30 minute SQL query.
Congratulations to all admin, moderator and members. for creating this fantastic forum, get better every day. lots of learning and friendships. FAMILY S2
That's crazy to think this site is 10 years old, I agree with the old theme being the best! :vince: I also remember the shoutbox with the happy hour, those were very fun times indeed. I can't believe I joined here all of 7 years ago!!
I miss the old NGU

It really is crazy to believe I opened this site 10 years ago on May 4th. I don't think I actually launched it until a few weeks later but yea, my registration date says it all haha Even though times have changed it's been one hell of a ride, no matter what happens in the future!
How long realistically do you think NGU will survive? For a while I thought it was just forums that were a dying breed but lately it just feels like the internet in general is dying with social media being the only thing anyone uses, no more real communities.. maybe i'm just getting older
