(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); This picture was the shoutbox saying "Even youtube fails", and when I asked how they failed in this picture no one answered :(. Can anyone tell me what the fail is in this picture?

They do maintenance pretty often (at least once every few months)

Pacific Standard Time (PST) when observing standard time (Winter), and Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) when observing daylight saving time (Summer).
