Alright nobody mentioned this, and as I thought I would get more replies posting it in a thread itself, I want some replies.
What if I worked out as my plan was already(If you dont know it here it is)
Muay Thai Mondays for an Hour
Hockey Tuesdays for 1 hour 20 minutes (sometimes)
Muay Thai Wednesdays for 1 hour 30 minutes
Hockey Thursday for 50 minutes (every other week)
Boxing fridays for 45 mins
Saturday nothing, sometimes weight lifting for 2 hours
Hockey sundays for 1 hour (sometimes)
ANYWAYS back to it. I had an idea of.... What if I ate SUPPER in the morning, Lunch at lunch, and breakfast at lunch time?
The reason for me thinking of this is: Not too hungry in the morning, wouldnt binge. And you could work off the supper throughout the day. Aswell as drinking 8+ water glasses a day..
Would I lose weight possibly maybe?
by doing all that you wont lose weight you will just gain better more healthy muscles (which is good)
