It sounds weird but did you put the correct address and change it to post to the UK? Some people make mistakes like that and do you have enough money in your account?

try contacting gamestop or write a letter to maximum pc and they'll solv the problem.

are they still charging you the money?

Yeh they are good , but gamestop are usally doing deals to get a Beta Code thats why people buy from there.
