Ive got about $20 or so spend...So i thought I'd make two NGU People premium...

So i have no clue how to do it .. like a raffle where about 20 people enter then i pick one out or a random person gets picked out..

I'd do a simple numbered raffle, then use something like random.org to choose a winner.

I think 300k vbux for entering a raffle is a little too much. Most people do it for around 10k a number

It is not too much considering most people donate 1 mill to get premium. Maybe if he is making 2 people premium, then the entry fee is 200k and he has 2 raffles of 10 people in each to increase the odds. If you have 400k you can be in each of them but cant buy more than once per raffle. Idk this is just an idea.

You should do like I told Cpt S. to do it, and do it how he was originally going to do it. Look through applicants and pick the people you think deserve it.

Have post and Rep requirements though.

The Random.Org thing is fair, but it's also unfair. Also dangerous. What if Random chooses a lecher or someone who doesn't deserve premium.
