Climbing up the ladder
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I know i am posting this on a gaming website, but this website has been a part of my life for over a year. So idk about you guys but most of you probably play call of duty everyday? Or any other video game. If i am right keep reading, if not go ahead. Do you guys every get so ****ing pissed at CoD that you literally just want to sell your whole entire setup? There are days when i realize wow, i actually have wasted 15 days of my life on cod4 (playtimes), 9 days on waw, and so far almost 8 on mw2. That added together is over a month. I have actually sat infront of my tv playing CoD for over a month. To me this is considered no life. In all honestly this is true. Of course i attend my schools sporting events, go out for cross country, play baseball, and am not fat, actually very physically fit but, its just like after i do these things whats next? COD. its not that i am addicted but it is apart of my life in a way so to say. Currently i am 15 and like 4 months, soon to get my temps, and am almost promising myself that when i get my license, i want video games out of my life. Idk about you guys but have you ever considered how much video games are actually apart of your life. This summer, i am going to try to not play that much at all if any. Can you guys just feel free to tell me your opinions on this.

Thanks, Devan.

Well once you get your temporary driving permit you'll still have a year before your out free to roam around town by yourself. I do sometime get really frustrated with CoD but I think theres a couple factors that contribute to the frustration, mainly your on days and your off days.

If you like playing video games more power to ya!

I play my ps3 all the time. After I get done with homework and school shit, I play. I play when there's nothing to do, but if friends want to chill or there's something on t.v. I'll do that instead. I have like 16 days on cod4, 11 days on WaW and about 13 days on mw2. Call me what you want, I just like video games, and the competition they bring. I have 1 younger brother who lives with my dad(parents are seperated) but besides that no siblings. Though I have hella days played, I find myself playing less and less everyday. As of now, I'm just waiting for the soccer season to start(I just finished doing mock trials for a few months),then video games will be played less by me, until the season ends. Basically, games are just something to do when I'm bored.

Ha, video games are fun man. You get to play with your real life friends (sometimes) and e-friends. What's not to like.
Yeah sure when it's summer or the weekend, you go out and have a good time, but in the winter or during the week with school, video gaming is daily.
If you're ~20 and younger, then basically you were born in the next-gen video gaming era. Which is petty cool in my mind.... like really, they didn't have all this high tech shit back then, and we take it for granted. I love video games and shall never give it up, so fun Happy.

Well were i live u have your temps for 6 months then you can drive by yourself is you pass the test. And i see where you guys say u do ur school shit first and friends but idk i just realize that cod is apart of my LIFE. and i think its sad. agent jon, we do live in the next gen era but thats what i DONT like. we rely on video games for a good time, when in the 70's and 80's they just chilled with there friends and stuff like that, sure they did more drugs probably but that was just how it was. i mean, video games are in all honesty ruining our society, look at how many overweight kids you see now a days. i know video games arent the only reason for this but, like i said, we rely on gaming to keep us entertained mainly and to me, well i want to change this in my life.

That makes me moist.
Drivers permit test=what is the shape of a stop sign. Apparently on MW2, its whatever shape you call the two people canoeing.

But yeah, i play my video games alot but why is it so negative? I do great in school, i have alot of friends, i have a girlfriend, things are great. I dont see why its just so negative all the time.

Well just ask yourself what you would be doing instead. If the answer is something else than go do that instead, but if the answer is nothing go ahead and play some games. Now that I have my first YLOD I realize I only really played it when there was nothing else to do. Never forget that as long as your comfortable with your life dont worry about what other people think or what you think other people think.

I don't know why people think going out to clubs and getting STDs can be considered a life, it's worse than us
But people who just spend time w/ their GFs/wives, yeah they're better than us Winky Winky
