That's right, turn off your lights and TV and such, and save the planet.
Go outside or something.
It's at 8:30PM, your local time, till 9:30.

So please do it Smile.

Oh, and if you have a laptop and want to be on NGU, unplug it Happy!

It gets ****iung dark and cold in England at that time, I wouldn't wanna go outside and get mugged by a bunch of chavs lol

Haha!! Lol,too right shep. I just want to know,will everyone be doing this? Surely there are people who won't,so will anything be enforced into doing it?

The Government don't legally have the power to force anyone to anything, unless what that person is doing is illegal. And for them to make it illegal to not join in, they would have to spend months applying to get it to become a law, and I think that idea has to go through the House of Lord's anyway lol.

The House of Lords can only delay laws been passed, they cannot stop a low. The only reasons the House of Lords exists is due to tradition anyway

Meh, but my point still stands. The law would have to go through the House of Lords first.
