This kid is a scammer. Was doing 10th Lobby, so i paid to get in to verify it for you NGu members, seeing as i don't need CHallenges or Prestige. I offered him 5 bucks instead of the 15 He was charging. He took the deal without hesitatiion and said he would invite me on Xbox live in about 20 mins, It's been over 1 hour and i have recieved shit all. He was online on NGU and after i sent him about 10 PM's and left a few visitor Messages He still has not replied.

Clearly in his thread he made, He posted Someone else's livestreaming lobby and said it was his own.....

The rules are trade at your own risk. I don't know how much the mods will do for you other than putting him on the untrustworthy list.

but if they are going to have a section for lobbys... then there should be some kind of rules inforced or any fag will just come in here and say oh well i wont get punished if i scam somoene.

They is rules and they is a correct section, If you noticed the lobby wasn't in the correct section, That is a reason i closed it.
The MAIN reason I closed it is because you NEED 100 post's before you can open a modded lobby thread.

But yes it is trade at your own risk, If he don't reply I will send him a PM and tell him to give you the money back or get you into a lobby.

But still if he has no good reason for not inviting you he will get an infraction or maybe a ban, I need to ear his side of the story first though.

There are laws against this. There are also laws against violating the TOS of Infinity Ward, Microsoft, etc.

So that's a lose lose there.

As for this though, I feel that any CASH MONEY ANYTHING (except Premium Raffles and I'll explain why here in a few...) should be INSTANTLY closed and deleted. NO cash transactions should be occurring over the Internet like this, especially on a forum. (No offense Staff.)

Premium raffle thread shouldn't be included though because the original poster for one is not taking someone's money. They are willingly donating it into the site.

Wouldn't hurt to institute a NO CASH TRANSACTION policy. Any cash threads of any kind would be immediately closed, ad deleted so no members would fall victim to them. It's hard to sort legitimate from scams. On the Internet it's so easy to fake things.
