its basicly saying that our ISP's will be giving info on suspected pirate-ers which is unconstitutional because we all have the right to remain silence down to telling a cop what your name is (my mom is a lawyer :coolSmile

but basicly we are all screwed

how do you think this will turn out??
are they trying to scare us out of pirating? or are they serious?
what are the chances of them catching every single person that bootlegged even a single song?

2006 - Present is what the wikipedia article say, if anything was going to happen it would have alredy done so and none of us would be here. Also I belive even if they did inforce this they could not possibly imprison everyone it's just not feasible everyone has downloaded atleast one mp3 illegally imagine putting everyone in jail or fining them for that it would just be stupid and cost too much time and money.

Like you said, they can't technically do it because, like you said it is breach of privacy, but who knows...

~2006 - Present is the draft, it takes a while to write up a law this big and complicated ensuring no loop holes, errors, etc.

Hey this isn't unconstitutional, because we are breaking a federal law. We know they can't do nothing about it but fine everyone in America...

update: we are breaking the law of copyright F33L_DaH_PAyNe--your mom needs to go back to school and learn the constitution--

You ISP can already look at what you are doing, download an IP SPY Blocker, and you will see your ISP Company trying to spy on you from time to time.
On the internet there is no privacy, no matter how secret you are, people can find out everything about you just by knowing your name.
