Here's what I do
Open 3 tab's (Index page - Shout Box - Mod SB)
I have a quick look what every body is or has been talking about

Then I go check the reported posts.
After that I check my sections (Modern Warfare 2 & General)
If anything needs doing in them, usually it does ! I do everything that is needed.
After that I check all my PM's/Visitor message if I have any that is

After that, I go into the shoutbox and have a quick lurk to see who is online and usually lurk to see who is been bad

Then thats about it, Takes about 20minutes before I actually start talking the the shoutbox...

So, Whats your general login day like?

Use the shoutbox maybe for 20 secs, get ignored xD

Then check out the debate forum. I like provin' them theists wrong.

I open 2 abs (shoutbox and my profile)
Look to see if anyone has commented on my posts
Watch people talking in the shoutbox while I eat breakfast
Look at new posts
Make a new thread (If I can think of one)

I check General Talk then thats it really, I end up somewhere different after that each time I come here.

User CP to check my messages and who's added to my rep or posted in my threads!

Then i just sit my ass down in the shoutbox and chill, until it become's kiddy hour at around 3pm-5pm, which is when i tend to hit the Forums and give my oh so valuble opinion on threads!

Open up infractions to find any rogue posters, then hit the PS3 section and clean it real good! Then the same with MW2 and CoD4 then attack random forums before going into the shoutbox and dealing with whatever comes. And maybe a sneaky look at my mod stats :p
