(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok i know ALOT of people want to verify there PayPal account's to buy items online and stuff like that well I'm putting this guide together to show you how to do this so listen!

1. To verify your account you will need to register to this site [url][B]https://www.netspend.com/[/B][/url]
   
   
   
2. Now you need to make an account just click the green box on the main screen that says "OPEN ACCOUNT"
   
   
   
3. Now just fill out all that information and create the account
   
   
   
4. Now once you've made your account and all that good stuff you will UNFORTUNATELY have to wait until you receive your prepaid debit card
   
   
   
5. Once your prepaid card has been mailed to you now you can sign up to VERIFY your paypal account yay
   
   
   
6. BEFORE you verify your pay pal account you will need to verify your PREPAID DEBIT CARD to do this go to NetSpend and go to [HOME] then [ACTIVATE YOUR CARD] now you will have to enter your card number and then the next page you WILL have to put in your ssn/SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER then you will be ready for the next step
   
   
   
7. to VERIFY your paypal account find out your "ROUTING NUMBER" & "ACCOUNT NUMBER" you will need to go to net spend and click the [ADD/MANAGE MONEY] and then go to [PAYPAL TRANSFERS] and your routing number and account number will be there ok
   
   
   
8. Now once you have that go back to PayPal and activate your account this will take maybe a week it will tell you the time once you have verified the account
