I'm going to say using the word "supidist" No such word resides in any dictionary I can find.
Now if you meant to say "The most stupid laws" that might be acceptable.

Depends on your point of veiw. I don't think it is stupid from an employers POV because I run a restaurant. All of my employees would be baked and eating all the profits!

If there wasn't such a threat people would just park in disabled spaces all the time, meaning disabled people would be screwed. That's just an example from many.

The truancy law is pretty gay, albeit it clearly isn't enforced well enough (@ the OP's phonetic spelling).
