I'm not new to this
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Dwight Howard was recently fined for a comment posted on his blog.

He was complaining about the referees giving him too many fouls.

Ya'll know that that series against Charlotte drove me crazy. I mean it was almost comical at times how I was getting fouls called on me. There was nothing I could do out there and I felt like I couldn't even move without getting that whistle blown on me.

I'm not looking to say anything to get myself in trouble with the league, but I just don't see other star players getting called for fouls the way I get them. No star player in the league is outta games the way I am. I even talked to Pat Ewing about his career and he said he never had foul trouble like what I'm going through.

In fines alone, the NBA has made 105k from fines since the beginning of the playoffs.

This fine seems a little steep for a comment posted on the internet.

I personally play the center position normally and have been fowled out in the first quarter i have been fowled out i went crazy...almost got kicked out of the league...and that game didnt even matter so one small internet quote shouldnt matter...The only things that should matter are things that happen on the court

Pillow Power!
I don't even think the NBA knows what 'Freedom of Speech' is anymore. They find the littlest things to make money off of. That makes me angry. Dwight voicing his opinion shouldn't result in a fine. $35,000? For what!
