If what I'm reading is correct, this DLC will add a prestige system similar to the Call of Duty franchise. Along with that, it seems the ADS(Aim down sight) accuracy has been increased from before.
At the time, the release date is unknown, but rumor has it, it will be near the release date of Stimulus Package for the PS3/PC.
