I forgot what they say but then after everything loads it says in the little bar at the bottom of the screen that "Windows Defender" or something like that is off and it says click to activate but it never activates. Like whats wrong with this stupid computer?

Windows Security Alerts is the thing. I was thinking of something else when I said Windows Defender.

See if you can post up a scrennie, also run a virus scan I have seen this happen with keyloggers.

It's kinda hard to help when we don't know the exact errors you're experiencing, please try to post what those 2 errors said and I'll try to help out more

Go to Control Panel - Programs and Features - Turn Windows features on or off - and see if the Windows Gadget Platform is turned on. (To turn off Sidebar)

Nothing loads up when I go to that.
