(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); well today I was logging onto NGU around 7 am on my home PC and when I went to school in the middle of my first hour class I was soo fkin bored and I was finished with my Civil War Project and I wanted to get on NGU and create some posts. Well some how my shitty school found out about this badass site and blocked it under (Fourms) and it really pisses me off but thanks to the one website I posted before Gateportal which alot of people Nominated it which I am glad about I logged on NGU and forsome reason wouldnt work. Kinda been having a horriable day aswell :3 to much school work last week of school lots of pressure.

heh that sucks :/, how did they block it, school ID? I got blocked from myspace n stuff on my ID so i just use other peoples :p.

no they dont block it by ID they block the site off for everyone and idk how they found out about it I was the only one in my entire school that knew about it :3 never told anyone else and everytime id get on id sit in the corner on a laptop where no one could see the screen and it just pisses me off. I found out about the site in March 2010 and ever since then Ive been on it at school doing alot of posts thats why my post count is a bit high. And Also it just upsets me a bit that they blocked it >

My school block everything even things that don't fit into a category but I never use school computers anyway because there shit and slow.

I use gateportal and it lets me log into NGU for like 2 minutes and then kicks me off.

It's because the school tech wiz can tap into your computer and see EVERYTHING you are are doing, or have done. They can actually take over your computer and move the mouse and shit while you are on it. It's crazy what they can do.

While I understand the frustration that comes with teacher's abilities to monitor everything you do, and prevent you from doing anything unrelated to the subject matter, you have to admit it is a great system.

With the ability to access computers at school, we are faced with quite a few chances to be distracted in class. We are still at school to learn, and therefore I think teachers should have the ability to control their students computers. I myself am tempted to log into NGU everytime I am at a school computer. Some people can resist the urge to surf the web during class, and others cannot.

It would be nice if our teachers could trust us to be responsible on the internet, but in all actuality, we all know that, whether it be you or someone else, people would be doing things that they should not be, and completely ignoring their teachers, and therefore learning nothing.

Well, just look around for proxies, if that doesn't work, just wait until you get home.
