It will be Lady Gaga, but personally I think it should be Eminem. He came back form his 5 year hiatus and ended up launching himself into the number 1 rapper of all time. If that isn't a bigger accomplishment than what Lady Gaga did then I don't know what is.

Plus, Eminem makes way better music than Gaga ever could dream of making.
