Time is a man made system, so these opinions should be taken with a grain of salt.

Present does exist, but we cannot feasibly comprehend it, as it is so immediate. By the time out brains know what presently happened, it is already past. All we can comprehend is what happened in the past. "The human mind cannot understand a variable in life, until it experiences that variable." So we can predict that something will happen, but never can we see the future, therefore future is not comprehendable by the human mind. We know future exists, because life continues on. If there was no future, then this post would not be made and you would not be able to read it. Therefore future exists.

Now to explain past, well we know past exists, because it is the former future.

Time is not man made, the calculation by a quantitative measure is man made. Time did exist before man and will exist after man. Time is linear and can even be slowed down or speed up. Time is very real and exist as the fourth dimension.

Einsteins Theory of Relativty states that when a object or body in motion relative to a stationary object or comes under a high gravitational field time will slow down. It's called Time-Dilation or Gravitational Time-Dilation. This is proven because GPS satellites are constantly being updated with the correct time on earth, not the slower time the satellite in orbit gathers. If we did not correct this time there would be no satellites. This is proof that time does slow down for objects in motion.
